Capital Realty Investors seeks office, industrial and retail hotel properties throughout Florida and the Southeast with investments ranging from $5 million to $75 million. The firm's acquisition parameters are as follows:
Office: Class-A and B buildings situated in either a Central Business District or a suburban setting (low-rise buildings)
Industrial: Distribution centers or light manufacturing centers constructed of concrete block or tilt-up walls. Single or multi-tenanted buildings are considered, as is flex space.
Retail: Class-A or B centers that are well located, with credit anchors and with a minimum of 70,000 square feet.
Hotel: Flag or unflagged in major cities where location is paramount. |
